Dear consumers, partners and regulatory authorities:

  In active response to the update of national food safety standards, Xinxi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), pursuant to Article 13 of the Implementation Regulations of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China concerning the early implementation of food safety standards, hereby solemnly declares as follows:

I. Early Implementation of Standards

  The Company has decided that, effective March 15, 2026, food labels will progressively implement the following new national food safety standards ahead of schedule:

GB 7718-2025, National Food Safety Standard — General Rules for the Labeling of Prepackaged Foods

GB 28050-2025, National Food Safety Standard — General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods

SAMR Order No. 100: Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling

II. Scope of Implementation

This early implementation covers all prepackaged foods produced by our Company.
