1. Develop production management documents, mainly including: (1) quality requirements and handling methods for raw and auxiliary materials; (2) quality control of packaging materials; (3) process control (temperature, time, pressure, moisture, etc. during processing); and (4) material feeding and related records.

2. Prepare the company's annual, quarterly and monthly production plans and make sound arrangements according to production capacity to maintain balanced production; be accountable for any product quality issues caused by planning errors or unbalanced production.

3. In cooperation with the quality management department, review the cleanliness of equipment and production premises and verify that environmental conditions meet relevant requirements; ensure that production equipment, tools, containers and premises are properly and adequately cleaned and disinfected before and after use. Review product formulas, material requisition, material weighing and other operations; ensure that raw and auxiliary materials are used only after passing inspection and laboratory testing, and that those failing to meet quality and hygiene standards are never put into use; check and ensure that packaging materials are intact and comply with national hygiene standards and that finished-product packaging meets specified requirements; ensure that all production operations follow safety and hygiene principles to minimize the risk of product contamination during production, packaging, storage and transportation.

4. Check and ensure that personnel comply with production procedures and process discipline, monitor staff operations and hygiene practices, and ensure that health foods are produced in accordance with GMP requirements.

5. Ensure that production staff receive the necessary induction and refresher training as planned, continuously improve training to raise staff competence, and educate and train employees to operate in accordance with the various provisions of the production management documents so as to meet hygiene and quality management requirements.

6, Supervise and inspect housekeeping and process discipline on the production floor, and be accountable for any product quality issues caused by poor production management.

7. Complete all production records promptly as required, review production, packaging and other related records, and submit them to the quality control department for final evaluation.

1. Manage the company's bank accounts on a day-to-day basis, including account opening and closing and related bank document and card matters.  

2. Handle various banking transactions and complete cash management tasks such as online banking payments and preparation of daily and monthly cash reports.
