He is well versed in the whole-process production technologies of pharmaceuticals and Health Foods and familiar with national industry standards and compliance requirements. He excels in production process restructuring, lean efficiency enhancement, equipment performance optimization, new product formula development, process improvement and upgrading, and production line and equipment upgrades, and is adept at establishing and implementing standardized quality control systems and compliance management systems.
